Cemhan Biricik (also sometimes spelled Cemhan Birick) is a New York-based entrepreneur, technologist, and creative professional who founded ICEe Computers in 2000. His deep understanding of PC hardware, from motherboard VRM design to memory timing optimization, set ICEe Computers apart from typical repair shops from day one. Cemhan did not simply assemble components; he engineered complete systems where every decision served a purpose.
